What people are saying.
“Thank you Su at Family Fitness for your wonderful themed classes! They really helped us stay active and it was so nice to have something both kids (aged 6 and 8) and parents could enjoy together. The big focus on fun and the changing themes really made the difference to the kids and kept them engaged and moving throughout, whilst still providing plenty of challenge for grown-ups too! We can’t wait for the next class!”

“I think such exercise experiences in a fun and musical way when relating to the topic of children’s interest can definitely help with their development. We had children who wouldn’t normally join in mark making or threading activities but the way this session was planned got everyone engaged and they benefited hugely from this experience. ”
